Frank Petitpas of Cocagne, passed away Friday, April 21, 2000 at the Dr.Georges-L. Dumont Hospital at the age of 83 years.
 Born in Arichat, NS, he was the son of the late Walter Petitpas and the late Eugénie O’Brien. Frank was a Merchant in the Navy and a member of Moncton Legion Branch #06.
He is survived by his wife, Anita (LeBlanc) Petitpas; two daughters, Sandra (Joe) Meunier and Hazel Bourque both of Dieppe, three sisters, Alice (Casimire) Kenisky, Theresa (Pete) Pauchlu and Dolly (Mate) Furlong all of Sydney, NS; two brothers, Walter (Late Lilian) Petitpas of Plymouth, Mass. and Joe (Late Anne) Petitpas of Sydney NS; three grandchildren, Charline, Géraldine and Philippe; five great grandchildren, Meaghan, Melissa, Ashley, Brooklyn, Morgan and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son, Arnold in 1962 and one sister, Emma, Sister Genevieve (Soeur de Jesus).
Remains resting at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook with Funeral service to be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook Est and interment in the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes cemetery, Memramcook Est.
